I'm not even kidding, this post made me tear up. I'm scared to blink because I know there will be tears. I'm probably hardcore PMSing right now.

Seen the anime, but didn't remember this. Great tear jerking story though.
I came across the post about 5-6 years ago , but today I used the principle when speaking to my kid. You have so many positive traits. You can’t judge someone’s best things against your worst.
